Cancellation policy.

At Radiant Esthetics we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. However, our providers are often booked weeks in advance and last-minute cancellations limit our ability to accommodate other clients and fill our providers schedules. To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so before 24 hours, otherwise you will be charged $100.

Every No Call, No Show appointment will be charged $200.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made by phone call. We do not accept cancellations via social media, text messages or email.

Repeat Late Cancellations or No-Shows

If a client no-shows or late cancels three consecutive times, they will be required to prepay in full for any future services at the time of booking.
