Radiant Esthetics Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Radiant Esthetics we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. However, our providers are often booked weeks in advance and last-minute cancellations limit our ability to accommodate other clients and fill our providers schedules. To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
No-shows & Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.

How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made by phone call.
We do not accept cancellations via social media, text messages or email.
Repeat Late Cancellations or No-Shows
If a client no-shows or late cancels three consecutive times, they will be required to prepay in full for any future services at the time of booking.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the highest level of care to all our clients.
